The Recruitment Process
In the Fall Semester, our chapter hosts information sessions and a Recruitment Week to get to know potential Membership Candidates. Every potential MC should try to attend as many events as they can so that the Active Members can get to know them and so they can learn more about the fraternity.
After Recruitment Week, interested potential MCs will complete a survey and sign up for an interview slot with a few Active Members. At the end of the interview process, the Active Members vote to approve potential Membership Candidates and extend a bid! MCs will receive their bid letters before Winter Break and will begin attending fraternity meetings, events, and education programs for the fraternity the next Spring.
